Hello, I’m Kayleigh
I’m an NHS midwife with a special interest in continuity, complex care and breastfeeding. My experience has taken me from London to Australia, and I’ve been based in Brighton since 2021, working in a specialist continuity team.
After having my daughter Juno in March 2025, I felt inspired to offer antenatal education that gives parents more time to learn, ask questions and prepare.
Juno’s Journey brings that professional experience and personal perspective together, with space to talk about birth and everything that comes after.
The course
From preparing for labour to finding your feet with a newborn, the course follows the journey into parenthood, one week at a time.
Pregnancy and preparing for labour.
Learning about the process of labour and birth.
Comfort measures, positions and pain relief.
Preparing for the possibilities along the way.
Feeding your baby and recovering after birth.
Newborn life and emotional wellbeing.
